Crystal's Karaoke: from 56 to 92 on mobile
The bar had a website that loaded slowly on phones and sent visitor data to Google and Meta before anyone agreed. The new site loads fast, shows menu and opening hours as text and went live on a Thursday morning in 50 minutes.

WHAT IT BRINGS THE BAR
Six things that got better for guests
Each card first says what changes for guests. Below it is the measurement that proves it.
Guests don't have to wait
On phones the old site was sluggish. Google gives the new one 92 of 100 points for speed; before it was 56. Whoever looks for a bar in the evening sees it quickly.

The gallery sent 72 MB to the phone, as much as a short film. Now it is 4 MB. The pictures show up even on a weak connection.

Party size and time are preselected. The request lands straight in the bar's inbox.

Address, opening hours and drinks menu are now text on the page. Before, six pages even lacked the heading Google uses to tell what a page is about.

Moves often lose old links, and visitors with them. Here all 279 old addresses lead to the new site.

The old site called ten third-party services before anyone agreed. The new one asks first. The bar's ads keep measuring bookings, now with consent.
